Bahria Town Karachi (BTK) 2, one of the most awaited and talked about projects in the real estate market, has recently announced its balloting on April 7th, 2023. According to the latest Bahria Town Karachi updates, people who have not yet submitted their balloting forms are being instructed to do so and take part in the balloting process. BTK 2 is a master class project that has been creating a buzz in the market since its launch in January 2023.

The booking price for a 250-yard plot was 8 lac PKR, while a 500-yard plot had a booking price of 10 lac PKR, and a 1000-yard plot was priced at 20 lac PKR. Villas were priced at 1 crore 50 lac PKR, and the possession time was expected to be two years, while the installment plan for all plots was set at four years.

BTK 2 is located on the left side of the superhighway, adjacent to Commander City and Gul Mohar City. The development of the project is very impressive, with excellent infrastructure and facilities.However, despite the excellent marketing and development, the response from people has not been very positive. The main reason behind this is the high prices of the plots, which were deemed too high for people’s expectations. People expected the prices to be 10 to 15 lacs less than the announced ones.

Despite the slow response, BTK 2 remains a long-term project and an excellent investment opportunity. The slow pace of development might also help in keeping the prices in check and make it more affordable for people to invest in this mega-project.
